The CENTURY 21 brand received the “Highest Overall Satisfaction for First-Time Home Sellers, First-Time Home Buyers, Repeat Home Sellers, and Repeat Home Buyers (Tied in 2016) among National Full Service Real Estate Firms, Three Years in a Row” by J.D. Power.

A world recognized leader in representing the Voice of the Customer, J.D. Power’s Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction Study is now in its ninth year. The CENTURY 21 brand was the first national real estate brand to rank highest in all four categories of the study in 2014 and 2015, and we’ve repeated that performance in 2016.

Here are some facts about the 2016 study:

Over 4,000 real estate consumers provided over 5,000 evaluations of national real estate brands.
These consumers bought and/or sold a home between March 2015 and April 2016.
The real estate brands were evaluated on a 1,000 point scale, and many factors were considered. Examples include the agents themselves, agent responsiveness, the real estate office, the closing process, and follow-up after closing.
