Obtaining Your Real Estate License

**The State of Michigan requires 40 hours of education to obtain your real estate Salesperson license and an additional 90 for your Brokers-Associate license. 

Education Options

Online- On Demand: The course is to be completed on your own time throughout the designated time period. You will be guided by video clips and activities to help you understand the material. The course is specifically designed for online education - interactive, not just an online book! 

Live Course:  If your preferred method of training is a live instructor setting, this is the option for you. Pre-license education is offered in Grand Rapids and Holland.
