Photographs and Videos can sell homes –Over 90% of Buyers start their home search online and they want to “see” homes and not read about homes. Poor quality or low number of photos can turn buyers off. At Century 21 Affiliated, we take a lot of photos to help sell your home.

Know your local Real Estate Market –  What’s selling in your market and what is not? A Realtor should be an expert in your local market and be able to help guide you through getting your home sold in the least amount of time for the most money possible.

Comparative Market Analysis –  The strongest tool you can have is having a comparative market analysis (CMA) created for your home. This will compare what is on the market, what has successfully sold in your market and determine what you should be selling for. You could pay a lot of money for someone to do a CMA for you. I am offering them for free because I believe every seller should have one to know what they are getting into.
