Graduate of Beloit Memorial High School

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Accounting.

Professional Background

Experienced REALTOR. I held a real estate license for 20 years beginning in 1976. I have been a self-employed Accountant since 1984, preparing tax returns for individuals and small businesses. I have always had an interest in real estate and decided to take advantage of an opportunity to work for Century 21 Affiliated and reacquire my license.

My wife and I were partners in a supper club and a bar & grill in Beloit. Through our ownership in these businesses and my accounting and tax work with many other small businesses, I am very qualified to assist you in purchasing or selling a business or commercial property.

Also, I have consulted with my clients about decisions regarding investments in real estate including their residences and rental properties.

Professional Interests

I still believe that real estate is one of the best investments anyone can make. It can be your home, rental property or business. I am very excited about the opportunity to help you make that investment. Others may be down-sizing, retiring or relocating and I can assist you in accomplishing that goal too.

Personal Background

I graduated from Beloit Memorial High School and was a member of the undefeated 1969 Wisconsin State Basketball Championship team. We defeated Neenah 80 to 79 in double overtime, which included a shot at the buzzer by Lamont Weaver from beyond half-court to tie the game and send it into overtime. It is considered to be one of the most exciting state tournament games ever played in Wisconsin.

I am an animal lover and have had many dogs and cats over the years. I currently have 3 Golden Retrievers, one a rescue acquired from Wisconsin Adopt A Golden Retriever (WAAGR).  She had also been hit by a car and lost her right front leg. She is the most amazing dog. Giving her a home and seeing the change in her personality and the impact we have had on her quality of life has been such a rewarding experience.
