The best way to start each day!

Yesterday a client called me at 8:00 AM and told me he was sorry for wakening me up. I had to laugh for around 5:00 AM I am at La Fitness for my 1 to 2 hour work out. I have always been a early riser and working out first thing in the morning gives me a great prospective for the day. Sometimes during a hard leg workout my legs would cramp at night and I thought this article would help others that experience it too.
