Fixed Mortgage Rates Remain Steady

The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 4.14 percent with an average 0.5 point for the week ending June 5, 2014, up from the last week when it averaged 4.12 percent. A year ago at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 3.91 percent.  Results show that that 15-year FRM averaged 3.23 percent with an average 0.5 point, up from the last week when it averaged 3.21 percent.
