I am dedicated, love what I do and have the drive to be at your side during every step of the buying and/or selling process. I bring 15+ years experience to the residential and commercial closing tables as a consistent multi-million dollar producer and was named one of BusINess Magazine's 20 Under 40 in 2007.  A mentor to new and newer agents for the past 13 years, I have an extensive background in agent training as a stand-in team leader for one of the over 80 office Century 21 Affiliated network throughout the midwest serving over 1,600+ agents.  Since 2001 I has taken on various general/construction managment roles throughout Chicago, Northwest Indiana and Central Michigan in the areas of residential new construction, businesses and other performing assets such as hotel, retail, light industrial and multi-family real estate.   These roles often included vision and hands on CAD design (i.e. site plans, home plans and space plans for interior build-outs) for the various projects he has worked on.

History has always intrigued me and real estate is my forte so it's fitting that I have been actively involved in restoring one of the "Homes of Tomorrow" from the 1933-34 Chicago World's Fair for the past 13 years.  The Wiebolt-Rostone House as well as all the other homes were significant because they were all constructed to demonstrate revolutionary new products to the marketplace during the "Great Depression" (i.e. drywall, plywood, automatic dishwashers, attached garages, etc.).

Co-founder and organizer for Crown Point Cares since 2008. CPC was started as a non-perishable food donation program for Northwest Indiana residents in need. What all started to help neighboring residents has morphed itself into a treadition and show of a small town that cares.  Donations have gone as far as to help the victims of the EF-5 tornado that ripped through Joplin, MO in 2011 and to the victims of the EF-2 tornado that ripped through parts of Kokomo in 2013.  See how Crown Point Cares

Conveying prompt reliable information to educate my clients of trends and changes in the marketplace.

Actively take an interest in each of my client's goals and objectives

Regularly involve myself in continuing education on changes that effect the real estate industry.

Experience share with other agents through continuous field training and Century 21 training to help overcome obstacles routinely faced by real estate professionals.

MY PHILOSOPHY rides with my MISSION: To provide the best possible service through accountability and loyalty to have a complete understanding for each of his client's needs since every client's needs are truly unique.
