Aurora, IL - HELP THE TROOPS, ADOPT A KITTEN FOR VALENTINE'S DAY

AURORA, ILLINOIS - Aurora Animal Control and Care (AACC) is spreading love this Valentine's Day season with a promotion to support our troops and find forever homes for cats and kittens in need.

Between now and Saturday, Feb. 13, visitors to AACC who donate candy or snacks for troops overseas can adopt a cat or kitten for just $35. The price, which is normally $90, includes the adoption fee, immunizations, spay or neuter, and City of Aurora registration.

Adoptable pets at AACC are available for viewing between 12:00 PM and 4:30 PM Monday through Saturday at 600 S. River Street, Aurora, IL.

Please, think before you adopt!

Sharing your life with a companion animal can bring incredible rewards but only if you're willing to make the necessary commitments of time, money, responsibility and love for the entire life of the pet.
