Pre-License Training Options
The Web online course offers the convenience of completing the 72 hours of training at your own pace, in your own home. A set of books will be sent to your door with a login and password to start immediately. Enjoy an 800 technical support helpline and interactive videos to enhance your learning experience. It is recommended, although not required, to have a high speed Internet connection to maximize your learning potential. A free classroom review session is also included (when available.)

Enjoy the same functionality of the web online course for those who have a slower internet connection or prefer to watch each lesson on DVD. Conveniently check out several DVD lessons at our Madison and other selective locations. Complete and return at your convenience. Books will be ordered to accompany the DVD lessons. The classroom course is designed with the interactive student in mind. Learn with your peers in a laid back, open classroom session taught by an accredited real estate instructor. This option is designed to best prepare the student for interactive real estate transactions as well as proper documentation. Participate in group conversation, discussions and learn from the questions of your peers. Books are provided. A free classroom review session is included upon completion.
