Welcome to my Website
As a full time REALTOR®, my greatest satisfaction comes from helping my clients achieve their goals. Whether you're a first-time home buyer, seeking to sell, upgrade or interested in investment property, I will be with you every step of the way.
I approach each client relationship as an opportunity to assist a new friend. My goal is to exceed your expectations, give you a peace of mind, keep you smiling, and make sure that you enjoy the journey.
I provide outstanding client counseling, education and service through the arduous task of buying or selling a home. My attention to detail and the emphasis I place on educating my clients throughout the transaction allows me to serve you better.
I began my professional life working as a nurse on a telemetry unit at a hospital. After many years loving my job and patients, the focus began to shift off of human interaction and instead onto paperwork. That was the motivating factor for me to begin my career as a Realtor. I was looking for a way to connect with people and make a positive difference in their lives. Being a full time Real Estate Agent has given me the opportunity to get back to the basics of communication and teamwork. The current economy has lead to a challenging market. I am up to that challenge. My clients always have an open line of communication with me, and are informed at all times. Moving can be a stressful time in a family's life, it is my job to make it stress free!
Growing up, I lived primarily in the Bradley Bourbonnais area. I graduated from BBCHS in 1995. After graduation, I moved to Southern Illinois and lived in a small town named Eldorado. While living there, I attended SIC and graduated there with a nursing degree. Immediately after finishing school, I moved back North to Bourbonnais and bought my first house (wish I knew then what I know now) I worked at South Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest on a telemetry unit for the next ten years. While I was enjoying the patient care, I was growing tired of the red tape associated with the process. So, I decided to go to school to become a Realtor. At that point, I moved to Crestwood and joined Century 21. Some question the jump from nurse to real estate, but I know I made the right choice for me. Now, I have the chance to help families find the home of their dreams, and make it an enjoyable stress free process.
In a nutshell, I would have to say that most aspects of real estate are fascinating to me. Over the years, I have come across many professional situations that have helped mold me in to the Realtor that I am. Although residential real estate is the staple of my resume, I have many other interests and experiences. Commercial sales give an opportunity to help shape the neighborhoods that we live in. There is such satisfaction helping a business owner find just the right spot to promote their livelihood.
Residential rentals allow me to reach out to families that are not ready to buy yet. Finding something that rents in their budget and gives them the chance to save for their future home is very rewarding.
Investment property is another way that I work with a client to find a home that is a great investment for their money. Ultimately, a happy investor will be able to provide quality housing at a great price for their renters!
As real estate continues to evolve, I will continue to change and learn to meet the needs of my clients.
