Century 21 Affiliated is pleased to align with a group of talented brokers of Hyde Park’s Keller Williams Realty. The combined team of brokers will operate under the Century 21 Affiliated brand.
The Century 21 Affiliated family serves greater Chicago, Northern Illinois, Wisconsin, Northwest Indiana and Eastern Michigan, and is the largest Century 21 franchise worldwide. The brokers from Keller Williams Realty will be a welcomed addition to the nearly 1300 brokers and 63 locations already associated with Century 21 Affiliated.
The combined Hyde Park team will include a set of brokers from Keller Williams Realty and C21 Kennedy Ryan, including top-producers Marki Lemons-Ryhal, Gwen Newton, and Jeanne Spurlock.
Marki Lemons-Ryhal has worked in the industry for over a decade and has over 20 years of marketing experience. She is a fifth generation successful entrepreneur, third generation restaurateur, and first generation infopreneur, establishing herself as an inbound marketing leader. Marki has used her experience to become a leading expert in foreclosures and short sales and has been featured in The Chicago Tribune, Chicago Agent Magazine, Chicago REALTOR® Magazine, and has also been included on CBS News Chicago and HGTV. Marki is also a top real estate trainer in the country and was named Illinois Real Estate Educator of the Year in 2010.
Gwen Newton is the current Team Leader of the Keller Williams Hyde Park office. Gwen has a Marketing Degree, and worked at Unilever in Marketing, Market Research and Finance. Gwen was previously an Asset Manager at Fannie Mae. She specializes in competitive pricing, savvy marketing, REO, short sales, foreclosures, and keeping her finger on the pulse of Hyde Park real estate happenings. Using the latest technology and industry analysis, Gwen has brought win-win deals to the Hyde Park group.
Jeanne Spurlock, a high-performing broker in Hyde Park since 1981 and the former owner of C21 Kennedy Ryan and partner in The Hyde Park, is delighted to be working with the Keller Williams team.
