State of Affiliated Wisconsin: Offices Celebrate Big Accomplishments in 2014

Last week CENTURY 21 Affiliated celebrated their State of Affiliated Wisconsin end of the year event at the Monona Terrace Community & Convention Center in Madison, WI. Every year CENTURY 21 Affiliated holds their State of Affiliated event to celebrate their agents’ and staff accomplishments over the year. Below you will find the highlights from the event:

The afternoon started with a welcome from Vice President, Judi Kessler, where she discussed goal setting and follow through. She even announced a personal goal she made for herself which she had written on a small note card as a reminder. Judi wanted to limit her use of the word “awesome” and instead use the plenty of other substitutes such as excellent, fantastic, and impressive. She demonstrated how goals, large or small, will never come easy! Judi did an awes…fantastic job as the official MC of the event, keeping it light, humorous, and personal.

First to take the stage was President and CEO Dan Kruse. Dan shared the tremendous progress the company has made towards their goals in 2014 and the upcoming goals for 2015. In 2014 productivity was up 13% and continued to lead the way in transactions in every office location. One particular goal the company made for 2015 is to break the CENTURY 21 record for the most transactions made in a single year, which the company fell short of by a very small margin.

Dan ended his address with a heartfelt thank you to his wife Angela, support staff, and agents for which the company could not be successful without.

Next up were the awards and recognitions. Agents, teams, and offices were recognized for exceptional customer service, outstanding AGC,  Easter Seals contributions, outbound referrals, and their overall production for the year of 2014.

Lastly Bill Kessler, Founder of CENTURY 21 Affiliated, took the stage to give the closing remarks. Bill announced some new and exciting marketing and training initiatives taking place in the upcoming year. He congratulated everyone on their success and also challenged his Agents to set goals and be willing and able to "tell your story." To conclude Bill left the Agents with a final thought: "How are you going to discipline yourself to show up in 2015?"
