The Gift of Giving - CENTURY 21 Affiliated Participates in Holiday Collection Drives

Thanksgiving gives us a day for giving thanks. Black Friday and Cyber Monday give us two days for getting deals. Now, we have #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. On Tuesday, December 2, 2014, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world came together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give. It’s a simple idea with a powerful impact. This year #GivingTuesday raised 46 million nationwide.

If you missed out and still want to participate you're in luck! December is the season of giving. There is an abundance of need and opportunities to give all season long. CENTURY 21 Affiliated offices have joined forces this Holiday season and are official drop off locations for collecting donations and funds for multiple not-for-profit organizations.

No matter if you help with the organizations we've chosen or choose a different organization just find a way for your family, your community, your company or your organization to come together to give something more. Then tell everyone you can about how you are giving. Join us and be a part of a global celebration of a new tradition of generosity.

One Warm Coat - Traveling Coat Drive

Health experts report that even a 2-degree drop in body temperature results in reduced heart rate, loss of coordination, and confusion. Adults cannot work effectively and children find it difficult to learn. For most, a warm coat solves the problem. But, for the now nearly 15% of Americans living in poverty, a warm winter coat is a budget “extra.” The goal of One Warm Coat is to become apart of American lifestyle; that when a coat is no longer needed, people will think of them and donate it; that donors will be warmed by the knowledge that their coats will go directly to children, women and men in need.
