Sick House Syndrome

Did you know you could have sick house syndrome!  Sick house syndrome occurs when a house can't breathe.  This results in poor indoor air quality.  It happens when a home has inadequate ventilation or is too tight which allows pollutants to build up...tobacco smoke, carpeting materials, cleaning products, mold.  This all creates an unhealthy environment for your family.  What to do??? Easiest and most effective way is to just open a window or use attic or window fans to exchange out the air in the home.  Heavy tobacco smoke may need to be professionally removed as it can be absorbed into the walls, and floors.  So, help your house get healthy, open the windows and enjoy the fresh air!  June Cook C21
